Housing is subject to applicable requirements, location, availability, the prospective resident's ability to live independently, completion of required documentation and execution of a separate housing agreement.

A person or organization submitting a referral must have the prospective resident's permission before sharing identifying information. Referral users should provide only the information reasonably necessary for the initial inquiry.
